Why wouldn't I want to go to a place with giant otters, fijords, hot springs and Zorbing? In fact, I'd like to move there! It is a law in New Zealand that everyone take 5 weeks of vacation every year. What a great idea. People should have a life outside of working!
This remote valley contains the world's highest concentration of geysers. It can only be reached by helicopter or many days of hiking. This sounds familiar to my Fairyland Geyser Basin adventure. Valley of the Geysers is located in the Kronotskiy State Natural Biosphere Reserve, part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
